I built my craft in France, hands-on
I truly started learning professional cooking in the 2000s with a friend who owned the restaurant Le Ban des Gourmands in Montpellier, France. That foundation shaped my standards, my technique, and my love for authentic, well-executed cuisine.
I lead with generosity and care
My secret in the kitchen is simple: love of food and love of people inspire every product and experience I bring to your home. I adapt, I listen, and I design each meal to feel personal and memorable.

































We had a gathering with a bunch of girlfriends and wanted to have a special dinner at our airbnb. Sylvie was so lovely and prepared a delicious meal that wowed all the ladies. She was so accommodating to food allergies and aversions, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!
